A lot of our Resorts have  cab services at their gates.Mostly these are external vendors.There will be a nominal charge for the same.

In case , If  a particular resort doesn’t have such a facility, we shall be happy to arrange a reliable local on-call cab service for you.You will be informed of the charges applicable.

I want to make a payment online

Great! Nothing beats the convenience of making a payment or purchase from the comforts of your own home or office.

Country Vacation extends to you, the luxury of paying online, with just a few clicks.

Here’s a quick tutorial-

1) log on to countryclubindia.net

 

2) Scroll to the option on the top left, that say “pay”.

 

3) Clicking on that, will display a drop down, which has multiple options.

 

4) Fill it in.Ensure you choose the right reason for the payment.

How early should I make my holiday booking?

You can make your reservations from as early as 3months to as late as 25days before your holiday, depending on the type of your membership.

Note :-  When making a request, try asking for several different areas or at least two or three dates. We can’t guarantee a particular request will be fulfilled. The greater the flexibility in your request, the greater opportunity to confirm you into your desired area.

My card was swiped at your merchant terminal, but shows “over limit”. what do I do now?

Whats an over limit?  The maximum amount of credit that a bank or other lender will extend to a customer, or the maximum that a credit card company will allow a card holder to borrow on a single card

what this really means  Normally every card(credit), has a predetermined limit assigned to it.If the card is used often, in general shopping or to make purchases, then a part of this predetermined credit limit may have been previously reached.Beyond this credit limit, any transaction may be charged at a higher percentage of  interest.

How does it effect me?  In case a card is swiped over limit , we cannot convert the amount into EMI as bank does not accept over limit cases.

Solution   In such rare cases, the swiped amount is  returned & the card (or a different card) is reswiped for the transaction on the specific terminal, with the correct options.

You can also try contacting the bank to find a quick resolution to the said overlimit interest charge.

Can we split our holidays?

Yes, holiday vacation of 6night & 7days can be split into 2night & 3days. Automatically, a split option is added to your holiday list.

What is a complimentary plot?

A complimentary plot , as the description declares, is a plot allotted to a member, as a compliment of the company, along with your membership.Under various schemes introduced by Country Vacations, a gift is sometimes given to the member, as compliments to welcome him to the Country Vacation family.This gift or plot however, is complimentary & the actual product is your vacation package, that you have paid for.Company holds the final discretion to make changes in a gift so given.

My card was blocked, after it was swiped at your merchant terminal.What can be done to rectify this?

Sometimes, when the magnetized strip of a card is not recognized by the terminal, the card is re-swiped, which may result in blocking of card, by a few banks, as a security measure.

If your card is blocked you just need to call the bank’s customer care.They should unblock your card.

How to redeem my holiday gift Voucher

A voucher is a complimentary gift, that is issued at the time of your joining our membership scheme.It allows the bearer to avail a vacation at the listed & available locations, at a basic nominal charge.

The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions that are printed on the voucher.  it is non transferable and is only for families.The resort will not accept any non families.

As of June 2012 the voucher has 3 booking fee (A) One week – INR 4000 (B)  2 or 3 nights weekends – INR 2500 (c) @ or 3 nights weekdays – INR 2200

The booking of the week is fully online and we do not provide customer support for the same.

 

 

I am unable to book my holidays online

First , lets ensure we have followed the correct procedure of booking holidays online.

if the procedure is in order, then the above query may arise in either of these cases

1)  Your membership may not been updated on line

solution- kindly submit all documents related to your membership, so that the same may be updated online

2) Your membership is partly paid-up.

solution- vacation booking options are available only for fully paid members.Once the complete membership amount is paid & updated, the holiday options will reflect on the account.

3) Either the link might faced any technical issue /server down /renovation.

Solution- In this case, we regret the delay & advise that you try booking after a while.

4) AMC may be due.

Solution- if AMC is due, the “book” option of the vacations, may not appear.It is advisable to pay the AMC , to be able to book the vacation online.

My payment is not converted into EMI

If you are facing issues in regard to the EMI conversion options of your membership amount, the following may be the reasons for it

1) A technical error may have occurred or the server may not have responded back

In this case, we we sort the issue by contacting INNOVITI & the concerned banks, with the help of supporting documents, like your charge slip.

2) The card may have been swiped at a different bank’s terminal

3) the EMI option, was not chosen at the time of swiping of the card at the terminal.

Though both the issues are rare, since our teams  are highly trained & proficient in the matter, still, if either of the above has taken place, then the swiped amount is  returned & the card (or a different card) is reswiped for the transaction on the specific terminal, with the correct options.
