What is AMC?

AMC is short for annual maintenance charges. AMC is actually a contribution collected, in order to maintain your time-share of resorts & vacation properties,by doing this your week in those resorts will be provided with a better and well maintained accommodation with the best of the service assured .which will help us to serve you during your tenure period.I short, Paying AMC is comparable to maintaining your car or flat for up keep.

Usually AMC falls due on  Nov 1st of every year to your Holiday account.for which you have 30 days time pay it either manually or on-line .This system works  like paying an advance,ie, before using that particular year cases like paying AMC of 2012 in 2011 for using the 2012 year of holidays .

Need online login credentials

Generally, your login credentials are given to you at the time of your joining  in the form of printed receipts/As well as a Auto generated sms as a member of the Country Vacations Family.However if you did not receive them or have trouble logging in, you are  requested to  raise a query  for the same,On receiving our back end team will get in touch with you

Alternately, you can log on to www.Countryvacationsindia.com, & click signup.This allows you to register yourself online & view your details.Generally the Login in Id will be your registered mail id and the password will be your Registered mobile number   which you have provided at the time of enrolling

whats the procedure for registration of the Complimentary Plot

Registration of a complimentary plot, entails the below procedure.

The terms & conditions will be narrated on the allotment letter.

The general rule for allotment is that you need to pay the Membership fees in full and no due should remain, pertaining to your membership.

The time frame will be a minimum of 18 months to give the plot to you where ever it is available on the inventory basis.

After completion of 18 months you need the provide the following documents: 1. General Power of Attorney (GPA)

2. Registration amount (in the form of DD)

If your eligibility criteria is as per the company norms, after receipt of the above said the plot will be registered within 60-90 days.

If you have provided all the documents and the registration amount is paid, it will take 45-60 days to get the registration done. The registered document will be sent, to your communication address.

I have taken a Membership with a complimentary plot but plot not allotted yet.what could be the reason?

The usual process, in terms of allotment of the complimentary plot, is that, the membership fee, should be fully paid up.

Also, the eligibility of the said plot is required to be verified.

In case, your plot is not allotted, even after fulfilling the eligibility criteria,it may be due to the facts, like the availability of the venture or the plotting at the said venture.

Kindly visit the local customer care department with related details and documents, post verification of the eligibility criteria the allotment letter will be entitled to you.

Complimentary plot (Introduction scheme) not allotted

Thank you for introducing a member to the family of country vacations.

Though this scheme is no longer available,yet, if you had availed the same during the active tenure of the said scheme & still haven’t received the allotment then

a) You, as an introducer, need to ensure that your membership is fully paid for.

b) The introducee’s membership should be fully paid up as well.

c) a letter of undertaking, from the introducee, testifying to the fact that he has been introduced into the scheme.

After the aforementioned eligibility has been met, the plot will be allotted as per the available ventures at the time.

What is DAE?

DAE or Dial An Exchange, is  a facility , that allows a member to avail exchange holiday options, in various destinations, whether in India or abroad.For a nominal exchange fee, DAE allows you access to number of resorts & destinations, which makes for some of the most memorable holiday experiences.

The pre-requisite for DAE membership, is that you must be a time- share member, in this case a Country Vacations member. If you hold the eligible membership of Country Vacations, with DAE facility, you can log on to www.daelive.com & register.Thereafter, when you choose a destination & book there, DAE contacts you for confirmation and after that, an internal process of banking of your available week of Country Vacation takes place.This confirms your vacation at the chosen destination.

My membership details are not reflecting in your Country Vacations website.

Normally, when you join as a member, the general details of your membership are updated on our database & a unique login ID & password is populated to you.

Thereafter, whenever you submit documents, that are requisite & related to your membership, we update the same onto our database .

Delays in the reflection of your details online, may be, owing to the fact, that the complete details are not updated or due to a technical error.

Request to change my details online

You can change your password youself, by logging into the website & clicking on change password option.

however, to  change other details like the listed phone number, email id or any changes in your mailing address etc.,kindly raise a query online at the website (learn how to) and it will be addressed

My card is blocked due to swiping on your merchant terminal.What should I do?.

We  regret the inconvenience.Sometimes, during the swiping process, if the magnetized strip on the card is not read by the machine properly, the card needs to be re-swiped.However, if your card is blocked, during this process, you simply need to call the customer care of the respective bank & explain  that you tried to swipe the card with our merchant establishment, but unfortunately your card has been blocked in the process. The bank will unblock your card.

How do I post a query or raise a complaint online?

We strive to ensure that our services are comprehensive by themselves, so that NO member is dissatisfied.However, in a rare event,  where a member has a query or wishes to raise a complaint, a simple, member friendly pattern has been designed.Following is the step by step guide -

Step 1. Log on to www.countryvacationsindia.com

Step.2 Please login with the unique login ID & password, that was provided to you at the time of  your availing the membership.You will find the same printed on the receipt, that is given to you.

Step.3 On the welcome screen, kindly click on the option of “query”, which appears on the top of the screen.

Step.4 On the add query screen, kindly enter your membership number, name, subject & remark(query or complaint).

a) please enter your membership number-you will find it on your receipt or your membership card

b) Please enter your name

c) enter a brief detail of the subject

d) give us a description of the issue, so that we can help resolve the same.

Step.5 Click “submit”.

We ensure you receive a response to your query, & any issue or concern is addressed promptly.
