My card is blocked due to swiping on your merchant terminal.What should I do?.
We regret the inconvenience.Sometimes, during the swiping process, if the magnetized strip on the card is not read by the machine properly, the card needs to be re-swiped.However, if your card is blocked, during this process, you simply need to call the customer care of the respective bank & explain that you tried to swipe the card with our merchant establishment, but unfortunately your card has been blocked in the process. The bank will unblock your card.
