I haven’t received my RCI cards yet

RCI cards & kits, are made available, based on RCI memberships only.This means, that you will receive an RCI card, only if your Country Vacation membership is an RCI one.

If you do have a  membership, which includes RCI, then, upon verification that  the complete membership amount is paid up & the eligibility criteria is fulfilled, the information is forwarded to RCI, who in turn process the cards & forwards them, to the member.

The process normally takes anywhere between 30-45 days.It is important to understand, that RCI is an independent entity & the processing of the cards or kit is not in our lien.

You can, however, contact your local customer care, who can aide you in obtaining the status of your cards.

What is RCI?

RCI, is an exchange service for condominium owners called Resort Condominiums International
RCI’s exchange systems offer consumers the ultimate flexibility in vacations with more quality resort destinations and leisure product choices in more countries than any other service. RCI has over 4,000 affiliated resorts located in 100 countries, with over three million subscribing members living in more than 200 countries.

RCI membership, allows a CountryVacation member, to avail a vacation on exchange basis, at places or destinations, where CountryVacations, does not have a resort or an affiliate.

Your regular vacation week, is deposited with RCI & at a nominal exchange fee, you can avail a holiday at a destination of your choice, based on the listed & available inventory of places & resorts.

When will I receive my membership(vacation) cards?

Membership cards , are usually dispatched within 15- 30 days of receipt of the total membership fee.

Can I visit & view the allotted complimentary plot or venture?

Yes! You are always welcome to see the complimentary plot or the venture, where your complimentary plot has been alloted.You can obtain the sitemap/details (upon availability) from the local branch office & thereafter you can visit the venture on your expense & arrangement.

How do I get my plot registered?

As per the membership agreement, if a complimentary plot is allotted (allotment letter is provided), the member needs to contact the local customer care regarding the registration.Thereafter, the details and eligibility will be checked & then registration process will be initiated.

Registration Process: The Member is required to provide the related  documents and fill in the GPA (General Power of Attorney) form, which helps to proceed further.

To get the plot registered on their name, the member needs to pay the registration fee, which may vary from venture to venture & the amount will be intimated to you by the local customer care. Respective branch personnel will inform the member, in regards to the  details on whose name the Demand Draft for the registration fee, shall be drawn.

After receiving the GPA and the registration amount the plot will be registered on members name, within 45-60 days depending on the venture.

Can an alloted plot in one venture be transferred to another venture?

Any plot, that is alloted under the membership scheme, is complimentary and there are no option to change the venture.

What are the steps involved in booking Holidays?

Every member is provided, with a unique login id and password  from the Country Vacations.Using this, members can login  into www.countryclubworld.com/holidays  & can book/plan their vacations.The holiday option, however, are visible only to the members, who have paid complete membership amounts & also their maintenance (AMC).

1) log on to Country Vacations website

2) Please enter your login details,provided at the time of your joining the membership.

3) click on the option titled "holidays"

4) On the holiday option screen, click on the option that says “book” (normally the option is highlighted in one box, however if you have paid advance AMC or have not utilised your holidays, in the past year, your options may vary).

5) Chose your destination (a) & dates (b) & click “submit”.

& you are done! its as simple as that.

The member is encouraged, to provide three different destinations & three dates of the proposed vacation. This allows for a quicker processing & confirmation of the holiday requests.

How do I cancel or transfer my membership?

Refund policy

All Country Vacation memberships (partly paid or full paid) is non refundable under any circumstances once the purchase is made. This is clearly mentioned in the agreement form that has been signed by both parties.

However a membership can be transferred, gifted or sold through your own contacts. Country Vacations does not sell or assist in terms of contacts.

A nominal transfer fee of INR 1000 for individual membership and INR 5000 for corporate memberships (rates are of 2012 and subjected to changes). Memberships can only be transferred once.

All balance holidays and features will be transferred to the new family. Existing cards need to be returned and fresh cards will be issued to the new family.
