My payment is not converted into EMI
If you are facing issues in regard to the EMI conversion options of your membership amount, the following may be the reasons for it
1) A technical error may have occurred or the server may not have responded back
In this case, we we sort the issue by contacting INNOVITI & the concerned banks, with the help of supporting documents, like your charge slip.
2) The card may have been swiped at a different bank’s terminal
3) the EMI option, was not chosen at the time of swiping of the card at the terminal.
Though both the issues are rare, since our teams are highly trained & proficient in the matter, still, if either of the above has taken place, then the swiped amount is returned & the card (or a different card) is reswiped for the transaction on the specific terminal, with the correct options.
